OUR sTORY
Every organization has a story. Ours began with a simple belief: training should build confidence, improve performance, and make a lasting difference.
After more than 20 years in law enforcement and serving as an FBI NIBRS Instructor, founder Brad Zoladz recognized a common challenge. Organizations faced increasingly complex requirements, but the training they received often lacked the practical guidance needed to turn knowledge into action.
Throughout his career, Brad developed a passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping professionals gain the confidence to excel in their roles. He believed the best training doesn’t simply deliver information—it empowers people to apply it long after the class has ended.
That belief became the foundation of Full Circle Training Solutions.
What began with a commitment to improving NIBRS reporting and data quality has grown into a company providing professional development and specialized training for law enforcement, public service organizations, and industry leaders.
Today, we continue to contribute to national crime data initiatives, collaborate with industry partners, and provide training and consulting across the country—all while making complex information understandable, practical, and immediately applicable.
